New take-over in Rösler International Group


On the last 7th of August 2007, Reni Cirillo S.r.l., company of Rösler International Group, took over the company branch of Reni Cirillo S.p.A., very well-known brand in vibrofinishing field.
Reni Cirillo S.r.l., which is now entirely controlled by Rösler Italiana, will keep temporarily its Headquarters at  Carugate (MI) before finally moving to Concorezzo (MI) at Italian Headquarter of the German multinational firm.

Thanks to this take-over Rösler Italiana wants to develop technological background of both companies which are very well known in surface finishing field.
Eng. Alessandro Giussani, Rösler Italiana's Managing Director, says that this event will help Rösler International Group develop its range of products through high levels of research and industrialization. Thanks to this take-over Rösler Italiana and Rösler International Group consolidate and strengthen their position on surface world market, by adding Reni Cirillo's brand to the present ones.
Rösler International Group is world market leader in surface finishing sector. Its manufacturing programme implies vibrofinishing machines and plants, media (chips and chemical compounds) for surface finishing, and moreover process and environmental technology (recycling, recirculation, waste water and process water treatment plants, high power centrifugal machine). It is supplier of innovative systems to the most important companies of world mechanical sector where it has an undisputed leadership position.

Group's headquarters are at Untermerzbach and Hausen in Germany. The other branches are in Great Britain, Italy, France, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Switzerland, Singapore, Brazil, South Africa and USA, with a staff of more than 1074 workers.

Reni Cirillo, founded in 1973, has become over the years a reference company in vibrofinishing sector thanks to the great innovative features of its plants.
Rösler International Group's take-over gives a further incentive to Research & Development area of Reni Cirillo that is the heart of production and design of high technological plants.
